The location was really convenient and close to pretty much everything, which I appreciated. But the street noise was hard to ignore, and after a while I felt kind of trapped inside with no real quiet place to unwind. It was fine overall, just not as relaxing as I’d hoped.

I had a mix-up with my booking dates and reached out to support. They got back to me the next day and sorted it out without making it a big ordeal. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, they were definitely more helpful, even if the response time was a little slower than I would’ve liked. Overall, it worked out fine.

Had a really nice stay. We mostly just went back and forth between the beach and the pool, which was kind of exactly what we wanted. The beach was clean and super easy to get to, and the pool area was chill too... not loud or chaotic, just relaxed. There were plenty of places to sit as long as you got there on the earlier side. Staff I ran into were friendly as well. Yeah, I’d definitely come back.

Check-in was really easy. I got there tired from traveling, and they found my booking almost right away, so I wasn’t stuck standing around. That always makes a big difference, especially when you just want to get to the room.
The staff explained the basics quickly too, like the room key, breakfast time, that kind of thing. Nothing felt over-explained or confusing, just friendly and straight to the point. Also, random thing, but I appreciated that it didn’t feel rushed even though it was quick.
Checkout was the same kind of smooth. I handed back the key, they checked what they needed to check, and I was done in about a minute. No stress, no weird delays, no issues at all. For that part of the stay, I’d definitely give 5 stars

The all-inclusive was fine overall, and the drinks and breakfast were better than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
